What does the subscription cost?

Pricing is provided during the approval process and tailored to the level of deal flow and access you require. We'll confirm full details when we get in touch after your application.

What does "pre-market" mean exactly?

Pre-market means properties that haven't been listed on Rightmove, Zoopla, or any other public portal. These are sourced directly by LANDS through our local network — you get access before the general public.

Am I obligated to buy anything?

No. You're free to pass on any deal you receive. There's no obligation to purchase — only to engage in good faith as a serious investor.

What areas do deals cover?

Our primary focus is Greater Manchester and the wider North West. This includes the city centre, Salford, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Bolton, and surrounding areas.

Do I need to use LANDS to manage the property?

No — you're free to manage it yourself or use another agent. That said, as a LANDS Investor member, you'll receive priority onboarding if you choose to let us manage it.

How do I know the deals are genuine?

Every deal we share is one we've verified directly. We include our own due diligence notes alongside the financials so you can make an informed decision quickly.
